Who are Parkway Drive?

Parkway Drive are a unique band from New South Wales, Australia. They perfectly blend metal and hardcore, with very strong influences from both genres. Formed in the basement of the “Parkway House” in Byron Bay after having no place to gig in Byron. After being together for 2 months, Parkway drive struck it lucky in 2003 when they released a split CD with I killed the Prom queen. ”"Pretty much, if you trace everything back that’s happened in this bands entire existence - it comes down to the point in time when prom queen offered us a helping hand.” The band then skyrocketed and are now loved worldwide.
